I am not very good with style and last year was skater shoes and varisty jackets I would like this year to be different and dress hipster/girlyish and can anyone give me outfit ideas tips just HELP!!

Depends on the weather, if it's warm I'd say a skater skirt, cropped tight fitting t shirt with a cropped denim jacket and shoes of your choice, and if it's cold I'd go for skinny jeans, a cute jumper or t shirt and cardigan combo with boots/converse.

Maybe a solid colored, high waisted circle/skater skirt with a white lace t shirt either cropped or tucked in? I love wearing that look with my high top converse to keep it casual(:
