Me being the same color as paper, I always bring loads of sunscreen. And lots of ponytails and bobby pins, since my hair gets poofy in the humidity, and it is not fun having hair in your face when your outside in the hot.

Hair elastics, vitamin b complex and tea tree oil (to keep the mosquitoes away), SPF 30+ for face and for the body, Personal wipes/wet ones, ChapStick, and deodorant. I also always have to have a nail file available at all times so if a nail chips/cracks I can file it down before it gets worse and catches on everything :)
