I would wear a cute neon color hoop earing and a few braclets and for nails I'd go go with a neon color too.

Are you putting your hair up or leaving it down? If up, wear some thin silver hoops, or gold studs. If down, wear really big statement earrings, but preferably not dangling. As for nails, maybe go for a nude pink or a really nice dark blue.
