There are many ways. There are apps for mostly mobile devices that work, or you can do it on a computer/laptop.
If you are filming with a mobile device there are zillions of video fx apps.
Such as lens+ or video star.

Well, I know I use iMovie for Mac on my computer. It had loads of filters, transitions, sounds, music, you can crop or burn your image, and then edit of course. If you don't have a Mac or even an Apple product, there is Final Cut Pro. I'm not sure how much it costs or whatever since I don't have it but I've heard it's nice since my sister has been taking video production for a while now and is going to study it in college. But back to iMovie, you can even get it on your iPhone/iPod/iPad for six or seven bucks. It's quite expensive, but completely worth every penny. As for apps, I use Splice Video Editor, and Video Star as Isabelle said. I prefer Splice over Video Star, as Video Star is mainly focused on music videos. Hope this helped! Good luck gorgeous! xx
