Do a rly hight ponytail or leave it straight down. For makeup do a winged eyeliner and some dramatic false lashes and a harsh contour Cz your hair and outfit are so cute so your going to spice it up a little bit. I hope my opinion will help.

I love the outfit and I think your hair in the pic look really nice in the low-side bun. For makeup I would do neutral eyes like browns and maroons and with a deep-red lipstick (to match the skirt) and simple winged liner. (I would wear natural-looking lashes but that up to you)d
