Weak Nail Treatment Suggestions.

I'm looking for a nail treatment that I can purchase.
I get my nails down once every week professionally.
I learned how to keep my nails manicured on my own.
When I remove the polish, the nail beds look dry and white, almost unhealthy in a since.
I take plenty of vitamins but, what else can I do?

I used to bite my nails. I started using Nail Life from Sally. It's amazing. Saved my nails and now I love them:)
