This is what I do. everyday for about 10 mins I stay with my hair upside down. I do it by my bed so I'm comfortable. it seems to help whenever I do it.

You can use a blow drier, and get your hair curled up this wil definitely give volume to your hair.

Nope no spray just do it everyday. trust me it feels good right after you pull your hair back up.

Backcomb your roots and then add hairspray and flip a nice bit of hair over it so it doesn't look messy. This usually works for me, :)
