I'm remodeling my room, but I'm stumped. Stumped on the color, theme, design, etc. I want a warm, yet girly, and royal feeling. Any tips, bedroom pictures, or colors of paint from you guys would be great(:!

Awww....I feel your pain. It took me 6 months to my master bedroom just right and I'm still trying to find the odd decorative piece here and there (and its going on 3 years...lol). Best advice and I was told this by a young lady at West Elm. "Pick a neutral paint color so if you decide to ever switch out your bedding and window treatments it will be easier than having to repaint as well." In our b/r we did a soft khaki tan for the walls (its so faint that depending on how the sun hits it it looks off white) and we have a black bedroom set that mimics Cape Cod style. And our bedding is a soft seafoam green with gold and brown accent pillows. I also have candle sconces on the wall opposite of the bed. Throw in a few brushed frame artwork and various nic knacks that are beachy themed I have a bedroom that reminds me of my stay in a Cape Cod bed and breakfast with a modern twist. Figure out your budget is the best place to start. I went low on the accessories and went high-end on the bedding because there is nothing worse than sleeping on rough sheets. I don't know where you live but stores like IKEA, WestElm and Z Gallerie are a few places to get ideas.

Check out this post on my blog: http://meine-schadenfreude.blogspot.co.nz/2012/01/allsorts-re-decorating-your-bedroom.html

I definitely recommend royal blues and golds with parisian, swirling (fleur de lis)  designs!
