Your hair won't grow if you don't trim regularly because the ends are dead.

You need to trim the ends off, as much as you may be against it, you need to. This allows your hair to focus on growing instead of trying to repair those split ends (which won't happen anyways). I used the Loreal shampoo and conditioner set for damaged hair and it's amazing! I can't use anything else now. It makes my hair so silky smooth, and because it has keratin in it, it makes your hair grow faster. Also deep conditioning treatments help:) xo

Those dead ends will never be soft and they will always just be dry so why keep them? It's going to be hard cutting them off but after you trim all of the dead hair you'll notice your hair to grow much faster!
