Best Waterproof Mascara

Since its summer I am in need of a really good waterproof mascara i don't want to spend more then $15, also water proof eyeliner for the same reason!

Loreal Double Extend mascara is waterproof to the max. Not sure how much it is but it's drugstore so it's likely to be fairly cheap. That or the Maybeline lots of lashes mascara.

I'm not sure about the eyeliner but I don't think they are hard to find. Sorry to not be much help :S
