Trust me, there is no way. But doing some of these things will definitely speed up the process and promote healthier hair in the long run. 1. Give your hair scalp massages in the shower (this will stimulate growth) 2. Make sure you're taking a multivitamin daily 3. Take Biotin and Vitamin E 4. Eat proteins (instead of or in conjunction with the vitamins)

Try not to use heat (if you do) and everyone says that you should get a trim every so often but it's not true, you should yet your hair grow out, also eat protein foods, if you wash your hair every day (if you do) don't because it washes the Natural oils out witch your hair needs to nourish and stay heathy :)
