Or just with a pair of skinny jeans, a blouse/shirt and a lots of accessories that are matchning the shoes. Hope this helped :)

Go for something short and playful. Denim shorts or a skater skirt and button blouse would look great. Tousled hair and pretty make up would work perfectly.
