What are you using for contouring? a regular bronzer or special products for contouring.

You want to use a matte bronzer or just use a darker face powder. The loreal true match powder in the darker shade is really popular.

Benefit hoola bronzer, sometimes I pull out my NYC Sunny bronzer too! They both work great for any light-medium skin tones since they don't have that orange tone. :)

I use chocolate soleil by too faced in medium deep. It's a great matte bronzer that isn't red toned. It's very natural and buildable. they have one for fair skinned people too. I'm pretty light but I went with the medium deep for contouring.

I tried several bronzers before but now I stick to special products from Sleek and Mac, because the blending works so much better.

If you want legitimate contouring you're going to need a cool toned brown. A bronzer is meant to add warmth to the face, which is the exactly the opposite of what we do when we contour, contouring is recreating shadows on your face, so you want a cool almost gray dark taupe basically.

I want to up my game on makeup. I would like to do the whole contour and highlighting. There's soo much research I've gone threw and still havent really found what I'm looking for so I'm giving this site a try. So a friend of mine told me to invest in banana powder because its the best. Did my research on youtube which was a waste cuz I still wasnt able to find at least one girl with my skintone to make a comparison and googled alot and found thats the same product Kim K. uses. I don't really care for her but her makeup is of course always perfect so what I'm asking is I don't know what shades to use for my skin tone since its between an olive skintone or honey but I'm not sure. I use the number #2 in Maybelline Mineral Powder just as my everyday makeup to go to work but when I look at it I feel as if it maybe a shade too dark and some days it looks fine. So yea I need help in finding the best palette for my skintone for contour and highlighting, Thanks!
