Any good drugstore concealer for dry skin?!

So ever since I started wearing makeup, my hardest struggle was finding a good concealer for my dry, patchy skin :( Since I'm on a budget, I can only afford drugstore concealers and the ones that I've purchased, failed big time -.- Suggestions?!
