Got any paint brushes? Heheeee... um I'd say fingers or q-tip. And I know you've GOT to have at least ONE of those cheap sponge applicators that come with eye-shadow duos and whatnot...!

If you've got some cream shadows just use your fingers :) powders are a bit harder to blend with your fingers!

Your eye liner and smudged it with Your finger. it creates an awesome look.
