I started to bite my nails when i was pretty young.... then I stopped and not they break all the time :( how can i make it stop?

caitlin j., buy a nail strengthener from any drugstore or from where ever they sell sally hanson products. sally hanson has a nail strengthener polish that helps strengthen your nails. it might take a while, so be patient. also, stop painting your nails for a while, nail polish damages your nails. keep them manicured by lightly filing them. if you really need to paint your nails, then make sure to use a base coat.
