The 2nd pic is way too casual but I like them separate. The skirt with a different top and the owl with jeans.

The problem is your putting flowy w/ flowy= a no-no. Vamp up that cheetah top with some tight jeans to show off that figure! xxx

Honestly, either outfit works. Between the mixing of prints and loose-loose combo, it just doesn't work. Of it all, the leopard top can be hot if styled correctly. Since its loose fitting you should create a balance by pairing it with something fitted. I think this top and a pop of color (with colored jeans or black jeans with a colored shoe would look great)
