I've found a few brands that offer a lot of vegan friendly products, and I haven't used any of them before and was just wondering what the best ones would be.
The brands are: Alima Pure, E.L.F, Illamasqua, NYX Cosmetics, Sephora, Stila Cosmetics, Tarte Cosmetics, Too Faced, and then Eco Tools for brush kits.
What are your opinions? What products will be the best?

I think there seems to be a confusion between the terms "vegan" and "cruelty-free". Vegan means that there are NO animal products used whatsoever, whereas cruelty-free just means that the products were not tested on animals. A company can be cruelty free without being vegan. There's an article on this website on ingredients to avoid when purchasing vegan makeup that I'll link you to. http://www.beautylish.com/a/vxycr/how-to-tell-if-your-makeup-is-truly-vegan All the brands that everyone listed are cruelty free, but that doesn't mean that all the products in that brand are vegan friendly. You're going to have to do some more digging and label checking than you would if you decided to just go cruelty free, but it's well worth it and I applaud your effort. :)
