I bought this shoes and its comfortabe to walk in but after wearing it twice my heel keeps slipping and coming out off from the heel of the shoe. I absolutely can not walk because my foot keeps coming out. please tell me what I can do to make it stay put. I tried the heel cusion stuff and its no help. I am so upset I wasted so much money.

Did you try a full gelli insert? I have open toe heals that are a bit to big the the size down was way to small. The gelli pushed my foot up a tiny bit making the shoe snug.

Not sure where you live but Dillard's and target sell the cushion stick on things that go on the heel part that prevent this problem. Even if shoes fit properly this can still happen.

If inserts don't work. Sell the shoes on eBay.

Trish said my exact thoughts. Try the inserts (heel and the one that covers the whole foot, indivdually and together), if that doesn't work than eBay. SInce you have worn them the store won't take them back. eBay is a lovely thing, I actually have a bunch of stuff up now.
