I am going to Forever 21 this weekend. How much would 25-40 dollars get me? also do they have good clearance/sales?

They have amazing clearances!! There is a clearance area there well at mine there is and let's just say there tops can range from 7 dollars to like 30 that's what I have really seen

Yeah and accessories are usually really good prices too ( like necklaces and rings )

A lot. Everything in there is cheap. This is a late comment but I wouldn't waste that much in that store. The only things that I usually see there that are worth buying is the cardigans, leggings, and certain tops. The jewelry breaks, and certain things shrink it falls apart.
