Use the mascara wand (washed ofcourse) as a spooly for your eyebrows and eyelashes! :)

You can use Vaseline as a substitute until you get some more. It works great, and it doesn't clump up.

I would use liquid liner. I have quite short lashes so I put a thin line of eyeliner to darken up my eyes and give the effect of mascara. Good luck :)
