Check out Tokyo Fashion's page on Facebook. They mostly show all of the street fashions, and some kawaii looks, too! :)

EBay is a great place to search. If you want something from overseas, I recommend bobon21.taobao.com. You can find some of those amazing outfits on eBay too. Also check out sammydress.com.

Also, there is Rakuten. Tons of Japanese stuff, including clothes and shoes, that people can buy for you straight from Japan, but you pay extra for that service.
