Have just bought this to use as a primer as I'm not getting on with my UDPP :(

Do you recommend I rub in the milk pencil or apply it and leave it and add shadow on top?

The NYX jumbo pencil isn't really to be used as a primer at all, more as a base to get pigment to really show up. I mean, you could try both and see which works for you more..
