My hair is so damaged I cut the ends but it s beyond damaged any solution please? :(

Trimming the dead ends off usually solves the problem, because the ends are dead, your hair isn't growing. I would say try not to use any heat on your hair and keep it natural. Try not to put any product either

I would make a home made hair mask, I do this every two weeks. Mix 2eggs, a spoon of honey and two spoons of olive oil together and put on your dry hair. (Use more if you have long hair) and wrap it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag for 20-25 minutes, then wash it out and use your regular shampoo/conditioner. Make sure its cool water until its washed out! :)

My hair was the same way. just Buy its a 10 miracle hair mask it cost $30 but it was worth it! It made my hair beyond soft. After I used my hair wasnt as damaged as before. I mean the mask will help you out but you still have to get it trimed hun, because with the trim will let your hair breath grow long.

I would do a weekly deep conditioner...the kind where you put it on, place a plastic shower cap over it and wesp in a turbie twist for a few hours. That, biotin 1,000 mgs a day and I like Nioxin shampoo.

Make a avocado, honey and olive oil deep conditioning hair mask and keep it in your hair (wrapped with plastic wrap) for 30 minutes to an hour then wash with cool water until entirely washed out, then shampoo + condition.
a tip: when shampooing, only apply it to your scalp and it'll clean the rest of your hair as you're rinsing. that helps to not dry out your older hair (your ends)

Also apply coconut oil to your ends at night before your next shower.

Two words, COCONUT OIL! Get virgin, it comes in a solid form but melts in your hands, apply it in layers all over your hair and wait 60 minutes to wash it out. (Or overnight) I did this every day until my hair got healthy and then I just did it once a week to keep it up. Don't use heat products until your hair gets healthy either, embrace your natural curls! Once you're in the shower wash out the coconut oil with shampoo in warm water NOT HOT! Then apply conditioner, and leave in for at least seven minutes, and rinse out with cold water to close the pores and trap the moisture. Then just towel try and don't brush till dry! After you can put a leave in conditioner or just a LITTLE bit of your own conditioner on the ends
