Hey guys so a lot of the time at least once a day I see someone ask 'need my hair to grow' 'how do you guys get your hair to grow' 'do biotin pills work for hair growth' many like that, and I wanna share what works for ME. I saw a post a month or so back that made me try it and it works!! so here it goes: alls you need is shampoo, parental pills, a couple plastic bags, and a hammer or beater. get out about 15-25 parental pills and put them in a plastic bag, depending on how big of a bottle of shampoo your using is how many pills youll need. (and don't chose your fav shampoo pick something else because the pills change the color and smell of the shampoo, the smells kind of gross too but you can handle it) then double maybe triple bag the pills because once you crush them up it might tear the bags. then, take the bag outside or somewhere you won't beat up anything and smash the pills up untill their either powder or in small small peices using a hammer. then pour the powder into the shampoo and shake it up. I'd suggest doing it in a pump shampoo bottle so you can stir and shake too. then let it sit overnight (I don't know if it matters if you let it sit or not its just what I did) then its all ready to use. when you get in the shower use the shampoo FIRST and tie your hair back letting it sit untill your done, then rinse out your hair and condition once or twice. my hairs grown double, actually triple more than normal. I'm excited to see how much itll grow by next summer! I hope this works for you guys too!:) and sorry it was so long.

You can use them if your pregnant or not. and yeah, its only in my shampoo anyway ^_^
