Go back, be EXTREMELY nice at first, asking to fix it for free or at the very least very little money. And if they say no, ask for the reason why they can't. If you don't like the reason only THEN get mad. Don't be mad at first because they won't want to help you right from the start.

I think the highlights should be darker. imo I hate blonde with black. caramel coloured highlights would blend more. and I doubt they'll do it for free, it might be cheaper if you explain thoroughly
