Get a clarosonic. they are expensive but they are worth it. they clean deep down and it really works. use it with your usual facial cleanser (try one with salasitic acid) use a creamy moisterizer if you have dry slin and an oil free lotion if you have oilly skin. follow up with an acne treatment (whatever you use). if the clarisonic is two expensive buy a facial scrub and use that no more than three times a week. also sephora and ecotools (can be found online or at target) has a simular tome facial brush for aot cheaper, but its smaller and doesn't move.

Honey and cinnamon,
natural but effective!
Honey is deep cleansing and it also has anti bacterial properties, while cinnamon has antibiotic properties while it stops new from growing.
Mix 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Heat it up for 30 seconds (should almost look like melted choclate).
Apply on face (for easiest application use a foundation brush that you don't use anymore).
Let the mask stay on for 10-15 minutes and rinse, "dab dry" your face with a clean towel.

Exfoliation. I also had minor acne and I found Differin works best. If a dermatologist isn't an option, LUSH Coalface is fantastic!
