Lower waterline:) then a natural matte cream or beige colour on the lid with a matte smoky brown in the crease and 2 coats of a creamy jet black mascara.

With blue I either do:

1. Do a winged black eyeliner and then winged blue eyeliner just above like in Jennifers picture.
or
2. Depending on how dark the blue is, I wear it on my lower lash line and sometimes smudge it then I'll do a taupe or bronze colour on my lid
