You could always use some dry shampoo if you feel that it is greasy. It helps for me ALOT!
Also you could be applying your conditioner to the top of you head and then it doesn't rinse out all the way. Try to apply your conditioner to the ends of you hair and barely put any on the top.

You might be washing your hair wrong. conditioner should only ever be applied to your ends, not on your scalp. and make sure your putting the shampoo at your roots only.

Your shampoo and conditioner might be causing buildup that makes your hair greasy. Buy a clarifying shampoo, Neutrogena and V05 are my favorites.

This sounds counter intuitive, but wash your hair less if you wash it frequently! use dry shampoo or a cleansing conditioner instead of shampoo.
