In my school everyone wears tight leggings with a tank top that's 3 sizes too small. But leggings can be worn with just a shirt but I suggest the shirt is a little on the long side. I think printed leggings, a button down top that's a little big and a statement necklace looks amazing

If you see your panty color or the panty line is in your face than nay...and I think you should wear an oversized jacket or sweater that at least partially covers your butt...also I think its different for every girl. some girls just have a shape to pull the look off more.
