You need to treat it. What I do is I would steam my face. Then I'll use my regular facial cleanser. Then I would apply honey or can use toothpaste to. Do not pop it and keep your hands away from your face it they are not clean.

Toothpaste is a quick fix. It won't reduce redness or anything but it'll dry it out so it'll flatten and be easier to conceal.
If you want to actually heal it then get pure tea tree oil, it works overnight. :)

I can't say it's healthy but it's worked for me, I wash my hands thoroughly and (sounds gross) but I burst the spot/zit and ill then apply ice afterwards to bring the swelling down. Since the 'head' of the spot isn't there anymore, the zit will decrease in size once the swelling goes down so I ice it, moisturise it and then I apply lip Vaseline as that has healing aids in it, it repairs the skin (as it would to your lips).. I can't say it works for everyone but it's been what I've done for years so maybe my body is just used to it :) xxx

Honey will reduce the redness btw
