What do you ladies do to keep your skin smooth, acne free, glowing?! And to prevent it from aging!?

So I used to work out everyday and if you work out you obviously drink lots of water also my diet got better I ate fruits and vegetables, soups, salads! Occasionally some candy! And I had perfect skin, honestly had no pimples it was smooth and glowing! Excepts I would get hormonal breakouts but it would go away fast!
Now that I stopped exercising and eating healthy, I have those little bumps on my forehead! It's hard for me to believe that exercise and dieting healthy had such a tremendous impact on my skin! I never gave it any thought! So now I'm thinking on going back to the gym and going back to eating healthy!

Use scrubs, cleansers, masks and moisturizers daily. They make a world of a difference! Always use moisturizer and primer before any makeup, and wash it off really well. Also drink lots of water and get lots of sleep, eat less salty foods to reduce puffiness and water retention. :)

In addition to all the scrubs, moisturizing, exercising and eating healthy, it seems that keeping myself stress free and happy also helps a lot! I've been going through a period of blemish-free skin these past couple months and I believe it's because I've been very happy and satisfied with my life at the moment!

Right on M K. That's how I got my skin back on track along with canceling out cows milk and limiting my sugar consumption. I've been amazed by the transformation. You already know how to do it so it should be easy for you to get back on track. :)

I eat a very healthy diet with lots of fresh food. I exercise daily and eliminate stress. I use all fresh and organic products (Lush!) and stick to a schedule with my care. I wear sunscreen every day. Hm...I avoid dairy and take vitamins. The best thing to do to avoid the sun!

You are gorgeous! Don't forget that most of the images of skin we see are photoshopped so it's alright and normal to have a few blemishes. <3
