There's like two different styles going on. Almost gives off the "too much" effect. I say pair the dress with a less flashy pair of heels & add a hand bag as a pop of color like a coral would be perfect!

I love the shoes and the dress, but separate. The shoes are one style and the dress is another. They don't really mix...Maybe go with come colorful flats instead? Or wedges.
