How do you get rid of pimples fast?

I have this huge pimple on my nose and it doesn't go away after one week! Is there any products I can try? :(

Try something that will dry it out. You can also use Visine to reduce the redness. I have a post about how it helps here

there are some home remedies like making an aspirin paste with a pill and a small amount of water that will dissolve it just a bit to make a paste.

or you can go to the store and get a spot treatment. A lof ot drug store brands make there own spot treatment such as clean and clear and acne free. Google it! You can probably find some other home remedies.

apply a very warm towel on the pimple several times through out the day it will eventually open the pore the more consistent you are with the application the faster the pore will open and drain itself the pimple after that apply a little bit of bacetracin (anti bacterial ointment) dont not squeeze it it can spread the infection...
