What is the best cleansing brush for not a lot of money? For example the neutrogena wave or proactiv cleansing brush? Also do they work?!

I use Clarisonic mia 2 and it works and I feel like my skin feels a lot cleaner than if I use my hands especially when removing makeup. I don't think it has shrunk my pores as it says or reduce oil control. But I like it because it cleans my face and it exfoliates it too. I have had it since December :)
