You are pretty 4 sure, but if you want some tips, I suggest lipgloss, and when You use eyeshadow use a big of white in the inner corners. It will look really cute and polished. Try curling your hair and straightening it.

Okay that should do it! you can also use a lipgloss or a tinted lip balm.
and try braiding your hair and making different styles.. if you need help in ideas I can post pictures.
also coloured eyeliners can be a good change

Eyeliner,brow pencils and mascara always open up your eyes! If you have tired eyes in the morning,a tip I use I to line your waterline with white eyeliner.

Definately don't over do it on make-up your only 13 you should show of your natural beauty I personally think make up should be worn at age 16 maybe 15 but the lip gloss and light eyeshadow sounds good. :)

If you're 13, like me, then just thin line of liquid eyeliner, mascara and blush. You don't need to do anything with your hair yet, you don't wanna start using heat at such a young age.

Don't go tanning. lol you're too young for that crap and by the time you are thirty you'll look 40. Take care of yourself the best you can.
Youre cute. Just be active, don't wear too much makeup, and stay confident! You could always play around with makeup looks that never hurt anyone :)
