What is it besides a trim that you do to restore your hair from split ends??

I use lots and lots of conditioner and don't brush your hair when it's wet.

Your hair can never truly repair split ends, the only way to get rid of them is to trim.

Cutting them is the only option. You can't undo the damage once it's done.

It's so hard but you need to cut off all the split ends then try to use no heat on your hair and deep condition once or twice a week. Don't brush your hair when wet just use a wide tooth comb. Be gentle with it.
