So I always have chapped lips, I can't even put on lipstick because it will look flaky and cracked. How do I get smooth lips without the dryness. Any ideas?

I use a homemade sugar and honey scrub. After I exfoliate, I put coconut oil or my Tokyomilk Lip Elixirs on top. Very smooth lips :)

Exfoliate with your toothbrush then apply lip balm or Vaseline. I personally use Nivea lip balm Milk & honey, its very moisturizing :)

I use a homemade lip scrub with a teaspoon of sugar (regular or brown) and half a teaspoon of olive oil. And after I scrub my lips I get a wet/damp washcloth and rub my lips and apply Chapstick :)

If you're in a pinch, dampen a washcloth an rub it against your lips. Then, put on a good Chapstick over it. From here you can layer whatever lip products you want.

Don't forget about staying hydrated! Drinking plenty of water helps :)
