I found this on pinterest where you mix coco powder and lotion together to make a fake tan. I'm thinking it would be good cause it'll make it look natural and not shimmery like tanning lotion and bronzer sometimes are. But does this stuff stay on?? Will it come off on clothes and stuff? I want to know if anyone has tried it before I buy some. Also is it ok to use on the face? Thanks.

I have tried it and it's kind of ok... but the thing is sometimes it looks orange on fair skin for some reason even though its a good color, and it made the lotion not be able to absorb very well and kind of called up and looked dirty. I love tanning lotions and bronzing stuff but this didn't work that well for me even after exfoliating

Oh I see. Thanks for answering Brittany, I was afraid no one was going to lol. So are there any tanning lotions or bronzers you recommend that look natural? Thanks so much :)

I really like anything I've tried thats aerosol! exfoliation is key, and light applications when youre doing it. you can always build the product but can't go back without lots of work and some time lol. I like the jergans lotions too, gives a nice natural color. I bet you could get some coupons from them too if you go to their site. It's not too expensive but saving money and looking pretty is awesome haha.
Did you ever see the tea method of homemade tanning?

No I thought about it though. I'd like to see some youtube videos on it. I haven't looked those up surprisingly

This sound like my worst nightmare - as I feel it would come off all over clothes. I love the shimmer you get with tans. If you give it a go and it works post a pic Hun
