You shouldnt put liquid eyeliner on your bottom waterline!! It'll run and be a huge mess!! Plus it colud get in your eye!!

Noooo! Don't use liquid. I agree with Lily, Sophie, Reny and Liz. It's not safe or pretty. Use pencil

I use liquid on the bottom just on my lash line and a lil beneath to make my look more dramatic and darker. But not on the waterline

Don't use liquid on the bottom because is sometimes gets into your eye and it stings like crazy. pencil is better for the bottom and it looks better because you can blend it.
