Soap and Glory has an amazing one for around fifteen bucks. I think there's like 3 colors but it tingles the most out of any lip plumper I've had before. It works really well and the stuff is super tacky so it stays on FOREVER. I like to put a small coat of a different gloss over top so my lips arent as sticky. It works the absolute best. I found it at shoppers. If you can't find that one then too faced has lip plumpers for about 20 bucks and I really like them as well.

The Soap and Glory one is called Sexy Motherpucker. Works amazingly. Also, all of Buxom's lip gloss and lip creams are all lip plumpers as well. :)
