Lime Crime or OCC?

I want to purchase a few new lipcolors.I was looking into Lime Crime and fell in love with D'lilac (please do NOT give me some rant about their company, i just want to know about the quality of the colors.) but then I found OCC liptars and fell in love with Hoochie. If anyone has had experience with either of these companies please let me know your thoughts.

Im obsessed with lime crime lippys! I have every single colour and the wear/quality/look and versatility blows all others including mac out of the water. At first i didnt think d"lilac would suit me but i loved chincilla so i bought it and its amazing! I blot and apply some clear gloss and so many compliments
