You should change your skirt, the polka dots and zebra print clash.

I would choose different bottoms. Try tucking your blouse into colored skinny jeans and wearing combat boots, flats, or converse instead of heels.

I agree 100% with Katarina :)

Or, you could tuck the blouse into a skater skirt. :)

Try tucking the blouse in and pair the tip with simple bottoms.

I don't like the black and white on black and white. I wouldn't wear the zebra print either...keep the short bit tuck it in with a pair of skinny jeans or something other than that. I would also wear flats for the first day.

That's a cute top. Stick with that.
- tuck it in to a skater or flowy shirt
- you can let it be baggy, or I like to make tops fitted my pinning it with a safety pin (the part under the skirt)
- lose the makeup. It's aging you. Take away the red lip and do a natural gloss. Don't so smudged shadow, but a winged liner. I will go with the retro polka dot shirt
- no kitten heel. Looks like you're going to church. Do a black flat or sandal
- at a pop of color with a skater solid skirt

I think the shirt is adorable but matching 2 different patterns (zebra, and polkadotes) does not work, maybe a solid black skater skirt, or even tights.

Go for natural makeup too :) that kind very much ages you--not a good look. And flats are cute too :) go for some flats with a cool print if you want too :)

To me it looks way too dressy for school. I would keep the skirt and wear a simple black top and no heels.
