When I was in grade seven I wore mascara and sometimes I would go with a very light brown on my eyelids to make my blue eyes pop.

I think you should talk to your parents about what's okay and what's off limits. If I could only recommend 2 things it would be to fill in your eyebrows and wear mascara as both can make a pretty big difference in your overall look. When I was in 7th or 8th grade I wore mascara, eyeliner, and concealer. Remember that at the end of the day the only thing that matters is that you're content with your look and that you can always wash it off! Have fun! :)
