It feels good on my skin BUT its soooo liquidy!! Its pretty much water too me.

For me its sheer coverage and you can sorta build the coverage, best way to apply I think is with your fingers so it can really sink in (little hard to blend), but applying it may be different for you, I don't know about the break you out thing, kinda depends on your skin.
