Eyeliner top and bottom help!

Is there like any tutorial pics on how to put pencil eyeliner for top and bottom. Most important bottom... HELP!

Well what I do is I put my finger on the bottom of my bottom water line and push it down after I use the liner to draw across my water line and the same for the top except I push up from where my lashes are kinda... I don't know if I explained myself well... haha oh well
