They are super annoying when you try to brush your hair. And after I took a shower I would put leave in conditioner in my hair and my hair would look fine but it made the feather look dirty. I gave up on them before they went out of style. I ended up putting them on a small hair extention I had and just clipped it in when I wanted a feather because it got on my nerves.

NO, people wore those when I was in middle school around 3 years ago. Idk too many people wore them and I never found them stylish but that's just my opinion. It's your hair so do whatever you want with it :)
