I have the summer fruit one and it makes my lips really soft. It doesn't feel waxy at all.

I just got this earlier today and I'm not impressed at all its just like normal chap stick. It's kinda expensive but sugar by fresh is really good.

Buy Fresh lip balm. It's expensive but hands down the most moisturizing lip product I have ever used.

If you are prone to cold sores, you should make sure you stay hydrated, avoid licking your lips, exfoliate your lips lightly with a very soft toothbrush and increase your intake of Vitamin C and Zinc, which boost the immune system. Carmex and Blistex are both great, but Neosporin makes a lip therapy that is intended for people who suffer from cold sores through not only prevention, but treatment.
