I have a lot of makeup that is bad quality brands(MIKI, BYS, be yourself ect) and I am not really sure whether I should just throw it out and use better products or keep it? What would you do?

I would keep anything that is in good shape, and not expired. Powders last AGES. You never know what you may find a use for later on.
I use my old poor quality shadows as liners now. I just crushed them up, mix a bit of the powder with some Makeup Forever Aqua Seal, and viola! Eyeliner!
