I am currently using Bobbi Brown Gel liner with a eyeliner brush from Sephora. I find that I am not able to do the wing line with the gel, but I suck at liquid, but I need to learn.  Thanks!

I always use Physician's Formula Lash Boosting Eyeliner Pen (I know, ridiculously long name) It's a drugstore brand, but it's liquid liner, in a pen form, with a brush tip. It's literally as easy as drawing on your eyeliner. It's my go to liner for EVERYDAY and I've re-purchased it multiple times already! Highly recommended!

I use Jordanna's Fabuliner. you can get it at Walgreens for $2 or under, and it works amazingly.

I also use Jordana but i use the Fabuliner. It really is a great eyeliner for a good price. Oh and maybelline stiletto liner is awesome too :)

Anything with a felt tip is great because its much easier to handle. I agree with everyone above me. Jordana's Fabuliner & Maybelline Stiletto Liner.

I agree with everyone that responded, but my go-to lately has been the revlon colorstay eye liner pen:)

i agree with Physician's Formula Lash Boosting Eyeliner Pen and even Wet & Wild Mega Liner, easy brush and in case you mess up the liquid doesnt sting or stain eyes.

Another vote for the physicians formula lash boosting eyeliner pen! I practiced a lot of my liquid eyelining with a pen and it really is the easiest most efficient way. The biggest challenge is keeping a steady hand and having both eyes end up exactly the same. Anything with a pen like felt tip is wayy better than a brush tip. Products with felt tips are PF lash boosting eyeliner pen, Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner Pen, Milani Eye Tech, Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (my recc if you wanna splurge a little more - mine finally dried out after a year! )

Wet and wild mega liner. The regular formula NOT the H2O proof

A liquid liner that comes with a felt tip will be good to start with because it gives you more control compared to a brush tip. The ones I love are MUFE (Felt tip) & UD (brush tip). But if you're not looking to spend on a liner yet anyone of these lovely suggestions above would work perfect. Just go for it though! Make mistakes, that will allow you to learn what techniques work for you & what don't. You'll get use to it. :)

Ok ladies, you are oh so helpful. I started with the maybelline lash stiletto. Can someone tell me how you create the wing tip with this product, I like it but it does seem a little hard to draw with, it may be because I'm a klutz! lol

Youtube will be your best friend. Lol. Sometimes watching is easier than trying to read an explanation. Here's a video. But of course you can change how you do yours depending on how you like it. & She's using a felt tip eyeliner similar to Maybelline.

When I first started using liquid liner, i was SO bad! I practiced a lot on the back of my hand, trying to make smooth lines and the 'flick' of a wing (in both directions). Eventually I got to where I could go out in public with it on my eyes! Theres many techniques out there for the wing, I would search around on youtube a bit and see what you think you could recreate easiest.

Practice makes perfect!

Elf's liner pens or wet n wild liner marker. They're both really cheap and made like sharpies so applying a thin or winged line is much easier to do

L'Oreal intensifique liquid eyeliner, been using this for 10 years, nothing but LOVE for this product! its not waterproof but it holds up good & if you mess up its easy to wipe it off so you can start over.

i'm obsessed with urban decay's liquid liners but they are needle point brushes and are harder to use. i recommend starting with maybelline's lash stilletto liquid liner (this one is a felt tip brush) or sephora's liquid liner, which is also a felt tip one. the sephora formula is definitely better. i can't remember exactly, but i know that maybelline's is actually incredibly expensive by weight as compared to urban decay (i think with UD you get five times the product for just more than twice the price) so definitely go with the sephora one unless it is out of your immediate-purchasing budget.
